You are cordially invited to this special musical gathering dedicated to the loving memory of my beloved parents and celebrating the timeless melodies of the legendary singer Mukesh Ji. ❤️🎶

We look forward to spending a beautiful and memorable day together, filled with music, warmth and togetherness.

⏰ Time: 9:30 AM Sharp to 2:00 PM

📍 Venue: Bhasha Vibhag Auditorium, Patiala

🎤 A Few Requests for All Participants

* We kindly request all members to reach the venue by 9:30 AM sharp and, as far as possible, remain present for the complete programme. Since it is a working day, we sincerely appreciate everyone making an effort to be part of this special occasion.

* No song will be repeated. In case of any repetition, you will be requested to choose another song.

* Whenever a song track is requested, we request you to please share it within the given time so that all tracks can be downloaded and arranged comfortably in advance.

* Once a song has been finalised, it will not be possible to change it later. We therefore request everyone to kindly choose their song carefully and judiciously.

* The programme will primarily feature Mukesh Ji’s evergreen songs. Ladies participants are also welcome to choose songs by other female singers, although Mukesh Ji’s songs will be preferred.

* As the number of ladies participants is relatively small, they may, where possible, be given an opportunity to perform more than one song, entirely at the discretion of the Organiser.

* Anyone wishing to perform a duet is welcome to choose a partner from among the singers on the participant list.

* A second song may be considered, subject to available time, particularly for family members,  organising committee members and special invitees.  We will make every possible effort to give participants an opportunity for a second song, depending on the time available. If more participants are interested than can be accommodated within the available time, the opportunity for a second song may be decided through a draw of lots.

* We kindly request everyone to allow the programme to follow its planned sequence and avoid requesting that a particular song or participant be taken earlier. This will help ensure that everyone gets a fair and comfortable opportunity to perform.

* The Organiser may need to take certain on-the-spot decisions depending on the circumstances and available time. We sincerely request everyone's cooperation and understanding so that the programme can run smoothly and conclude on time.

* Participants travelling from out of town will be given preference while finalising the singing order, wherever possible.

This is a completely free-of-cost event, and no contribution will be taken from any participant.

It is simply a humble effort dedicated to music, togetherness and the loving memory of my parents. ❤️

Tea will be available from the beginning of the programme, and refreshments will be served at the end.
